basking, bathing, wallowing and even swimming the ocean of experiences and emotional associations with the ghosts of your yesterday helps a lot in facing the horrors of today. horrors being any object, place, event or particle of memory that automatically shreds your heart into the smallest defined scientific piece as your senses perceive them. acceptance is the key, baby. if moving forward means going through the pain a thousand times over, then be it. ultimate goal is to make sure that the next time you see that face, you read that name, you view that social network profile, you hear that voice, you use that shirt, and you stand next to that person- you feel nothing. as in nada. zilch. next interaction should be devoid of any dust from the past. accept and forgive. should do this both asap for the wellness of the being and the benefit of the soul. use that law of attraction. attract enough positive energy to shove all the negative vibes away. accept the status quo and move forward. must bathe wallow and swim more. besides, each new day brings an opportunity to learn new tricks and techniques that can make this exercise less painful and more enjoyable.
